Crusaders Connection Event is operated by CRUSADERS NETWORKING LLC.

By using the website or submitting a registration, purchase, form, or request, you agree to these Terms.

Section 2 — Event Registration and Tickets

Ticket types, prices, inclusions, availability, and transaction terms are displayed during registration and checkout.

The website may offer primary event tickets and optional add-on products.

A Cocktail & Dinner Only ticket is a standalone participation option where offered.

An Additional Dinner Ticket may be offered as an optional add-on for an extra guest and does not replace the purchaser’s selected primary ticket.

Event-specific terms displayed during registration or checkout are incorporated into these Terms. If a transaction-specific term conflicts with a general statement on this page, the term displayed during that transaction controls.

Section 3 — Payments

Payments may be processed by payment-service providers.

Users are responsible for reviewing:

• Ticket type
• Quantity
• Add-ons
• Discounts or coupons
• Order total
• Payment details

Section 4 — Strategic Connections

Attendees are responsible for providing accurate information through registration and Strategic Connection forms.

Introductions are curated using attendee-supplied and event-related information.

The website may describe three Strategic Connections as an event benefit, but no financial outcome is guaranteed.

Section 5 — Referrals

A person submitting another individual’s information represents that they have permission to provide it.

A referral does not automatically create:

• SMS consent
• Email-marketing consent
• Promotional permission
• Permission to enroll the referred person in automated messaging

Section 6 — Testimonials and User Content

Submitted stories, photographs, videos, comments, or testimonials may be used only according to the permissions presented during submission.

Section 7 — Event Media

Photography or video may occur during the event. Any specific media notice or consent presented during registration, check-in, or event participation will govern the applicable use.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

Original website content, branding, graphics, event materials, and logos are owned by or licensed to CRUSADERS NETWORKING LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may not commercially reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit protected content without authorization.

Section 9 — External Services

The website may link to payment processors, speakers, sponsors, social platforms, and other services whose availability, terms, and privacy practices are independently controlled.

Section 10 — SMS Program

CRUSADERS NETWORKING LLC

SMS communications may include registration confirmations, ticket or payment notices, event scheduling, attendee logistics, Strategic Connection Form reminders, customer-support responses, important event updates, registration opportunities, sponsorship information, and promotional event information where the user has provided the applicable consent.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, registration, event attendance, submitting a form, or receiving customer support.

Users may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After receiving STOP, an unsubscribe confirmation may be sent. No further SMS messages will be sent unless the user opts in again.

Liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
